Experiential Workshops
I produce transformational learning experiences for evolutionary leaders on what I like to call “Mind Tech”. Mind Tech is the practical application of all the wealth of knowledge and wisdom we’ve gained over millennia from studying the mind, the brain and the human condition from disciplines as far and wide as psychology, spirituality, philosophy, martial arts, neuroscience and organizational design. Mind Tech Workshops are created to help individuals, teams and organizations be more effective and fulfilled, both at work and in life.
Interdisciplinary and non-dogmatic, our workshops combine intellectual, experiential and group learning, for potency. Specifically, they are meant to provide groups of leaders 1) some very practical tools to deal with their most pressing challenges and opportunities, 2) a fundamental shakeup from their daily rush-rush and automatic patterns (—> “aha-moment” of clarity and the motivation to take action) and 3) a beautiful group experience that evokes authentic vulnerability, trust and belonging… aka, genuine community.
The specific topic and experience are customized for each particular company or group, based on what would be most impactful. The idea is always to share practical wisdom within a magical experience.

I also provide Pure Experiences, often in collaboration with a wide network of top quality partners. Here, explanations are kept at a minimum and learning comes from 100% immersive experiences. Examples include: a Glow in the Dark Rock Yoga class to celebrate individuality, an Improv Class focused on authenticity and self-trust, and an out of this world musical experience that will help your group travel to the depths of their creativity.
Logistics
- Location: Conveniently delivered online, at your office, offsite or retreat location. I can also help you find an ideal venue.
- Duration: a basic workshop last ~2 hours. I also provide half-day, full-day and weekend long workshops and retreats.
- Group size: I work with groups of up to 100 people. In my experience, however, many of the workshops benefit from working in (sub) groups of up to 25 people for a more effective, intimate experience.
